I can believe what you say but what does setting foot in Korea have to do with any of this? I haven't set foot in Washington DC lately and can still know what is going on there. I haven't set foot in France and could find out what is going on there. Someone could go to Korea without it having anything to do with videogames. Good overall point, but a bad way to start your point. |

*** To noob whiners in this thread: Yeah, sure, Koreans cheat, other groups suck and they win only by cheating. They call that cheat "skill and teamwork". Last edited by Ellestar; Jun 23, 2005 at 06:50 AM // 06:50.. |

Yeah it is bloody hard to teams to get in now days.
I used to get in about everyday for a round or two, but I haven't been in in ages, and same groups are owning it over and over again. Don't know how you'd fix that though |

Koreans don't cheat - there are no cheats as of yet.
Koreans are clever, and think more than the average snotty-nosed yank who moans and complains, and blames everything on other people. They are a much closer culture than western, and this helps them immensly when planning/playing. |

I would have to think it is common for any game on release to experience a high burst...which can inevitably only be followed by some type of decline.
Am I noticing less players at late nights? Yes. Does this mean players are leaving? Sure, players are leaving, but newbs are buying too, the initial excitement has worn off and players simply arent dedicating all their free time to play. If I had to guess, I would expect the numbers of players on at one time to drop further still, then stay pretty stable until an expansion, where there will be another burst of player numbers. Keep in mind, Im a moron and this is all propaganda. |

I don't think they're smarter, just use their brains more effectively, and and don't act like little morons at puberty.

Koreans per se are not smarter than us.They are much better educated, and much more focused. You won't likely see the korean PvP crowd screaming for instant gratification,IE no work gimme everything for nothing that will be the Amarican side. Also their technology broadband wise is far superior.

I'd say that Korea and Japan are way ahead both US and Europe as far as computer technology, network or cellphone (not that it matters...) are concerned. That's personnal experience speaking... You need to travel a bit, maybe Louis, |

cool, if the idiots are dying out....does that mean i can finally start being apart of competent groups during co-op missions? i'm so sick and tired of people bailing once the shit hits the fan, their death penalty drops below -20%, impatient people dropping out simply because we're not moving at a pace they would like, or we're going a little too quick for their likings, arguing with fellow teammates who don't like one another from a pvp fight, claiming the other cheated or whatever, or we decide the bonus should be done some other time down the road.

No because it will be the idiots who stay while the more mature people leave.
